Because your time and your experience matter, here is everything you need to know before your visit. Reading this before booking ensures your session runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our Services

Reserving Your Time

All services are one on one reservations with Kerri. When you book you are reserving a specific time slot, not just a general appointment.

Please book the correct service and add any necessary add ons before confirming. You cannot switch to a shorter service at the time of your appointment and will be charged for the service originally booked.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment

  • Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a 100% charge to the card on file

  • Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a $165 cancellation fee

  • You are allowed one reschedule per deposit within the current month of your appointment

  • Rescheduling outside the current month requires a new deposit

  • Insufficient funds or card removal will result in being banned from booking

Prepping for Your Visit

  • Please arrive with your hair detangled and ready to be shampooed

  • If your hair is not detangled a $45 fee will be added or your appointment may be cancelled depending on time

  • Avoid turtle necks, wear something underneath a hoodie as it can get in the way of the service

  • You are welcome to bring a scarf, wrap, or pins to preserve your style after your appointment

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of $60 is required to secure your time slot. This deposit goes toward the remainder of your service total. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Remaining balances are paid in Cash or Zelle on the day of your appointment.

Arrival and Late Policy

  • There is a 10 minute grace period

  • Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a $65 late fee added to your total

  • Being 20 or more minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and your card charged 100% of the service

  • Parking lots are available nearby if street parking is unavailable

  • Plan ahead for traffic, late fees are not waived for parking or transit delays

Studio Policies

  • No additional guests will be accommodated at your appointment, including children

  • Refreshments are available, you may choose from a variety of drinks and snacks during your service

  • All services include shampooing, please do not arrive pre washed

  • The youngest age accepted is 11 years old. Pricing does not change based on age

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this time Adella offers black and brown semi permanent color only. Braids, wig installs, and relaxers are not available. Only services listed in the booking menu are offered.

  • Books open on the 16th of each month for existing clients and the 20th for new clients.

  • No. All services are a full experience and include shampooing. Please arrive with your hair detangled but not pre washed.

  • No touch ups are offered. Your service includes a full experience from scalp to finish.

  • 11 years old. Pricing remains the same regardless of age.
